The Furniture Manufacturers Credit Association, Inc. (FMCA) has provided specialized services to the industry for over 45 years. FMCA helps Member companies track the performance of over 250,000 furniture dealers, brokers, and resellers worldwide. Members cooperatively share performance information that supports their day to day decision making. FMCA also offers collection support services for troubled Dealer accounts. FMCA’s cooperative approach, professional experience, and industry focus supports their ability to deliver services that offer an exceptional value to Members.

FMCA services are provided interactively through the Member Pages section of this website or by direct arrangement with FMCA staff.

FMCA is governed by a Member Board of Directors appointed through annual elections.

FMCA activities are managed by the Executive Vice President and staff from offices in High Point, North Carolina.
